Axis Settings

I have questions.

I have A series longboards.
How tight do you run your springs?
How far forward or back do you set your variable stroke thingamajig?
How far forward or back do you set your sonic hammers?
I just want to compare my settings with some other drummers settings.
If you don't play griding death or the equivalent, please don't bother responding.
Thanks dudes.

springs at almost but not quite full tension, but I don't have the sonic hammers of the variable cam slidery bar thing so yeah standard axis settings for those.
